Welcome to The Sports Plex! We are an indoor sports facility located in Frederick, MD. Our facility houses two, full-size regulation artificial turf fields on which our core programs are held. We offer youth and adult soccer, youth and adult lacrosse, youth and adult flag football, summer camps, soccer and lacrosse clinics, baseball clinics, birthday parties and more!
